Muskoka Foundation Coatings was founded in 2018 with the specific intention of waterproofing ICF foundations. Since our product is the only approved spray-applied waterproofing on the market for ICF we targeted ICF foundations all around Central Ontario even going to Toronto to spray a few.
Quickly we realized that our solution could also work on all foundation types so we expanded into block and poured foundations. It didn't take long for us to realize that our solution would also repair leaky foundations so we partnered with a couple of excavation companies at the start and began fixing leaky basements.
Several years and 100's of foundations waterproofed later we have a team of waterproofing experts and run our own equipment with the ability to provide internal, external, and new construction waterproofing to fit every requirement. Solid warranties are included in the price and we stand behind our work.
